Charlotte
Charlotte Hadjadj, a native Parisian, is the creator of Rehovcharlotte, which means "Charlotte Street" in Hebrew. After passing through the hotel school and the most prestigious hotels in Paris and London, Charlotte decided to move to Tel Aviv, a city she has always loved.
How was Rehovcharlotte born?
It is in Tel-Aviv, in the middle of a pandemic, that Charlotte had the desire to bring together and surprise in a context where the magic had somewhat disappeared.
For her first dinner, she simply set up a table in the street for a couple in front of her apartment.
Six months later, the dinners for couples moved from the street to a boat in the port of Jaffa and gradually the idea of creating dinners for groups came up.
The secret dinner?
One year after launching RehovCharlotte, created the new concept: the secret dinner.
The designer challenges herself to organize secret dinners dedicated to groups of people where the place, the menu and the artist are surprised.
For its third consecutive year,
Rehovcharlotte decided to conquer Paris.
Rehovcharlotte is a nomadic restaurant that gives way to magic for an evening.
In the dinners organized by Charlotte, everything is kept secret until the last moment, she chooses the place, she cooks the menu herself and chooses the artist for the live music. Today, Charlotte also uses surprise chefs.
